In the specifications of this model (HX 6712/43) it says 31000 oscillations/min. In the technical data in the manufacturer's link, it says "Up to 62,000 brush head movements/min" for the speed. Which is correct?

I cannot give an answer to this question. I myself bought an HX6710, but I was unable to register it with Philips; this model is not to be found on the homepage! A. Neeracher

Is there no "normal" charging station? Only the charging glass and the travel box?

I don't think I understand the question correctly. What does normal charging station or charging glass mean? The machine is exactly as you see it in the picture. The small charger with cable and a detachable plastic part where the two brushes are plugged in. I hope you can do something with my answer.

Our two brushes were both defective within the warranty. Now the replacement brush has also been affected after 1 1/2 years out of warranty. The brush switched itself on/off and wakes you up. Who has the same problem.

I had the same problem. The first time it was still within the warranty. When it happened the second time, it wasn't. Disappointing.

Does this toothbrush (i.e. without the attachment brush) also fit into the Philips Diamond Clean case?

In my opinion, all toothbrushes are the same length and it should fit without any problems, it did for me.
