Is your toothbrush that loud too? I personally can't switch on level 3, otherwise the neighbours will complain. My old 4300 is quieter than level 1 on the Prestige. My girlfriend's 5100 is not audible at all compared to the Prestige. Equally loud with or without the brush head

How many toothbrushes fit into the travel case and can the toothbrush be charged directly with it?

Dear Galaxus team Has something gone wrong with the price? I ordered the Philips SonicareDiamond Clean 9900 Prestige and 4 additional brush heads separately this week. I received the same scope of delivery, but it only cost CHF 248. Compared to this combined offer, I paid almost half less. Is this a mistake or is it a different product?

Can the cleaning station be used in the same way as for Sonicare 9000 Diamond Clean?

If this is under my Christmas tree, does that mean there's something wrong with my dental hygiene? :(

Hello everyone. Does the toothbrush holder pin also wobble on your sonic toothbrush? It's not bad and it still works, but the last Sonicare DiamondClean 9300, which was also almost new, did it not long after the pin wobbled. Otherwise it will probably be a warranty case :-)

Another question, can I extend the warranty and where?

Do all Sonicare brush heads go on this new smart toothbrush?

I've had this brush for a few days. When I get to the incisors, especially the upper ones, my whole skull booms in a high-pitched tone, like when a microphone gets too close to a speaker. It's almost unbearable, it gets a bit better when I switch to the lowest intensity but it doesn't go away. What is the reason for this, can I do anything to improve it?
