Hello all, Do you also have the problem that the nozzle in the housing turns too easily? Cleaning is really difficult, the best way is to press your thumb on the lower end of the nozzle. I would be grateful for feedback, maybe the hole in mine is too big or the rubber ring too thin or... Thanks and greetings

Yes, I also have this "problem". But I am much more bothered by the fact that the water tank is only enough for half of the teeth to be cleaned ;)

I had the model "Panasonic EW1311 (EW1311)" which A) does not indicate when the battery is empty, B) does not indicate whether the battery is full when charging and C) completely gave up the ghost after 8 months. Question: Do defects A) and B) also exist with this model? Thank you for a quick answer.

I have had the oral irrigator for 2 years now and have had no problems with it until then. I don't check whether the battery is empty or not, I just charge the part when I notice that the water jet pressure is getting less.
