Can you use both the round and the elongated "Trizone" brush attachments with this brush? Is the head correspondingly flattened at the tip? Merci

Hello, you write that you can test the product for 30 days without risk. However, the return conditions state that it must be unopened and unused. Please explain to me how I can carry out this risk-free test with these conditions. Thank you very much.

How do I switch between the 3 different cleaning levels/modes: Daily clean, Sensitive, Whitening?

You click the same button to change modes if you click one more time it shuts down. I don't see huge difference between modes ... I use only the first mode then click 3 times when finish to turn it of.

I have received the toothbrush I ordered, as well as the invoice XXX dated 12 February 2023 in the amount of CHF 69.70 (including replacement brushes). I already looked for the possibility of an extended warranty when I placed my order but found nothing. I would now like to know whether it is also possible to book a warranty extension for electric toothbrushes. Kind regards Peter Kuhn
