Technically there is no difference, only the design is a Special Edition edition.

Brilliant cleaning experience, but unfortunately the handpiece is impossible to connect to the app, even after several attempts...very sad. Also, the actual app is no longer available for download in the Google Play Store. Does anyone have similar problems ?

Hello the total height with the brush head on is 24cm and with the charging station 27 cm.
