Questions about Oral-B 3500

There are 2 versions, one for 60.90 Fr. and one for 37.70 Fr. I would like the one in black, which is the same as the one for 37.70 Fr. Now there is no mention of a "handpiece", i.e. does this version only include spare parts?

Hello, does it have a charging dock with direct 220v cable (not some adaptor)? Obvious yes, but worth asking it before it doesn't;) (Not in the description not on the pictures) This is not that ultrasonic kind isn't it? I am looking for the classic type.
