Should the appliance start vacuuming as soon as the power button is pressed (or is some combination necessary)? When the button is pressed, it beeps and the mini-display lights up (showing battery level, and suction power), but then nothing happens (not even when the unit is put on). So I wonder if it's broken (but the fact that it rings and beeps seems to indicate that it's already adjusted)? The filter and seal were already in and seem to be OK.

Hello Gummibear The unit already works after you press the power button. However, you still have different strengths (+ / -). Maybe the unit is set to the lowest level? If it does not work after increasing the strength, it is probably defective.

Hello Where can I buy the replacement filters, which I have to change every time I use them? I think there are 5 in the set.....

The blue replacement filters as shown in the picture above do not need to be replaced every time they are used, just clean them with warm soapy water. I have found that using the pore cleaner after showering gives the best results. Kind regards
