Is the manual mode only working with sonic vibrations while in contact with skin? In tutorials when you click universal button is starts to vibrate however for me i need yo contact skin to start.

Now with the massage mode in the app it works without contact with skin.

good day, the stream is pleasant if you take enough primer, I take a cheap aloe vera gel from Lidl, I don't have bags under my eyes, stream tightens, it would be worth a try
