I think you can. My boyfriend takes various Burgerstein pills a day and there are no side effects known so far. Burgerstein Hair & Nails is really good if you‘re not sure wether to take it or not - Take it :)

Hello, There are different nutritional values between the 90-tablet version and the 240-tablet version. One contains L-methionine and the other L-Lysin, for example. Which sheet is correct? Thank you
