Fill the nebuliser with the EMSER INHALTION SOLUTION NOT included in the scope of delivery 1 portion of 5 ml. (also available from Galaxus) Pour the solution into the filling cup with the blue swirler insert. ( according to instructions for use ) Close and put on the mask and off you go . It should be a medicinal Emser salt solution. The inhalation takes about 10 minutes. Good luck .
