Conjugated linoleic acid or CLA (abbreviation in English) is a group of unique fatty acids that occur naturally in foods. It is found in eggs, dairy products and red meat. According to various scientific publications, CLA has many health benefits. It would be able to stimulate immune responses and promote bone growth and development.
