Application Roll-on:
Shake the Puressentiel Sinus Roll-on well before each use. As soon as you feel the need, massage the sensitive areas with the roller: above the eyebrows, at the level of the cheekbones, along the bridge of the nose, using the massage ball in concentric circles.
- Adolescents from 15 years and adults: up to a maximum of 8 times per day.
- Children from 10 years: a maximum of 4 times daily.
Application Tablets:
Take 3 tablets per day for a maximum of 5 days.
