Instructions

  • Hold the inhaler 1 cm away from one nostril, cover the other nostril, and inhale the aromas of the essential oils deeply three times in a row.
  • Do the same with the other nostril.
  • Repeat as needed.

Contains*: L-MENTHONE, EUCALYPTOL, CINNAMALDEHYDE, ALPHA-PINENE, D,L-ISOMENTHONE, L-LIMONENE, BETA-CARYOPHYLLENE, BETA-PINENE, EUGENOL, TERPINEN-4-OL, LINALOOL, (R)-P-MENTHA-1,8-DIENE, P-MENTHA-1,3-DIENE, D-LIMONENE, CINNAMYL ALCOHOL, TERPINOLENE, ALPHA PINENE X, 5-ISOPROPYL-2-METHYLBICYCLO3.1.0HEX-2-ENE. *Natural components of the essential oils.
Instructions for use
Place the inhaler 1 cm from the nostril, hold the other nostril closed and inhale the aromas of the essential oils three times. Count to 10 with each breath. Proceed in the same way for the other nostril. Repeat the application whenever you wish. Read the labelling before use.
