The Pure 2 Improve Yoga Roll consists of an inner tube made of PVC and an outer layer of EVA material. A yoga or pilates session with this massage roll increases blood circulation, loosens adhesions and stimulates the muscles. Muscle hardenings are also loosened by the shape of the roller. This yoga roll is therefore the ideal instrument for loosening up the muscles both before and after sport to prevent sore muscles. It also burns fat, tightens the skin and prevents cellulite.
