The capsules contain potassium and magnesium in a highly absorbable and particularly well-tolerated organic citrate form, which plays a significant role in the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.
Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate. Content per daily dose (5 capsules): Magnesium citrate (350 mg magnesium) 2520 mg; Potassium citrate (700 mg potassium) 2000 mg.
Composition per capsule: Potassium citrate, 140 mg (equivalent to potassium), Magnesium citrate, 70 mg (equivalent to magnesium).
Properties: Vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, fructose-free, gluten-free. Capsule shell made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Usage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily between meals.
