Vamp! Eye Pencil 100 – Iconic Black features total glide, maximum color intensity, and exceptional hold in a pencil that delivers extraordinary performance. It is extremely easy to apply, gliding smoothly onto the skin for a precise and highly defined line. The color release is immediate and even, with exceptional hold that is water and sweat resistant. It does not transfer and does not create unsightly smudging. This pencil can be used as an eyeliner to outline the eye contour or as a kajal to intensify the gaze.
