True Lips - Blendable Lip Liner. Lip liner with intensely ultra-pigmented color.

Lipstick for perfectly shaped and defined lips with intense ultra-pigmented color. Dual use: can be used alone for an elegant matte effect or under your lipstick to extend wear and create a barrier effect. The tip is soft and glides smoothly, making application easier. The latex blending applicator helps to distribute the color evenly.

Composition: The formula is soft and offers high coverage. Contains Vitamin E and Vitamin C with antioxidant properties, as well as cottonseed oil with moisturizing and skin-caring properties.
