Product details
Intensity level 6
For a light to moderate soft-tissue massage, gentle enough for people new to recovery therapy or with a relatively low pain tolerance threshold. Ideal for unwinding the muscles of the middle and upper back.
Stretch strap included
The stretching strap is equipped with a buckle to hold the foot and hand. It allows progressive stretching while maintaining control. Use it to complement your foam roller routine and help your muscles regain their full length after a workout.
Moderate soft-tissue massage
Offering moderate pressure, the PTP Fascia Roller is gentle enough to be used on the mid and upper back and is an ideal massage roller for those not used to foam rolling. The wide range of exercises included has been carefully developed by movement experts to enable you to get the most out of your therapy sessions and target the most common problem areas.
Self-myofascial release
By using your body weight to hold pressure and roll, the Fascia Roller enables you to perform myofascial self-release (SMR), helping muscles and joints regain their natural range of motion, activating blood and oxygen circulation and eliminating scar tissue and adhesions between skin, muscle and bone.
Active recovery and performance
After intense training, microscopic tears and scar tissue can develop in soft tissue, causing tension and soreness. Prolonged sitting can also lead to poor posture, muscular imbalances and a shortening of adaptive capacity. Fascial lengthening through rolling can accelerate recovery, improve musculoskeletal alignment and optimize performance in sport or daily activities.
