Guar Granulate is a fiber-rich food made from guar gum, used to enhance daily nutrition with valuable dietary fiber (60%). Guar is a plant belonging to the legume family, making it closely related to well-known members of this plant family, such as peas and beans. The guar plant is native to India and Pakistan. When food is supplemented or enriched with guar, the stool spends less time in the large intestine. This significantly reduces the contact between potentially toxic bacterial breakdown products that our body produces daily and that we ingest with our food, and the intestinal wall.
