TENS contact gel

In TENS therapy (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation), you can use either self-adhesive electrodes or permanent electrodes for pain relief at targeted body areas. The permanent electrodes should be coated with an appropriate electrode gel for better adhesion to the skin. This is the only way to ensure the transmission of the gentle stimulation current to the corresponding nerves.
