Instructions for use
For the best result, you should brush your teeth quickly and thoroughly. Then dry your teeth, for example with a handkerchief, so that the strips adhere better. Use the longer strips for the upper teeth and the shorter ones for the lower teeth - press on and fold backwards. Leave on for 30-40 minutes, remove the strips, rinse well with water and brush again. It is best to use once a day for 7 days, or 2-3 times a week as part of your beauty routine.
