Red clover (Trifolium pratense, also known as meadow clover) mostly grows hidden among other grasses in these meadows. Not long ago, the effects of red clover on women aged around 50 were discovered. Red clover is recommended as a herbal alternative to hormone replacement therapy. Take three tablets daily, unchewed, with liquid. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
