Phytopharma Electrolyte Hydration is a drink powder containing five electrolytes: chloride, potassium, sodium, magnesium, and calcium, as well as vitamins E, C, B2, and choline. Recommended intake: dissolve the contents of one stick in 200 ml of water. For children aged 3 years and older, a maximum of one stick per day; for adolescents and adults aged 16 years and older, one to two sticks per day. For children under 3 years, only use in consultation with a specialist. Vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, without artificial sugar. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
