The capsules contain 76.6% borage oil and vitamin E. The borage plant is rich in valuable silicic acid and gamma-linolenic acid. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress, while gamma-linolenic acid aids in maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
