Blackberries (Eurasian blueberries) are used as a dietary supplement and contain a particularly high proportion of anthocyanins. There is also a high proportion of vitamin C, beta-carotene and vitamin E hidden in and under the skin of the blackberries. Together, these substances scavenge free radicals and prevent oxidation processes in the body. The ingredients in blackberries generally have a favourable effect on the blood vessels, especially the fine capillaries in the sensory organs (eyes) and the brain (arteries). Phytopharma Blackberry Tablets are food supplements with blackberry powder (350 mg) and vitamin C (20 mg). Ingredients: Bilberry fruit powder 69% (350 mg), vitamin C, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, talc).
