Product details

Defenses is a synergistic formula designed to support your immune system during the winter. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Each capsule contains 3 bacterial strains: Lactobacillus helveticus R0052, Bifidobacterium bifidum R0071, and Bifidobacterium infantis R0033, providing 3 billion bacteria per capsule, along with prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides) and 1.5 mg of zinc.

Usage:
In winter: 1 capsule per day for 10 days each month, over a period of 3 months.
As needed: 3 capsules per day for 3 days.

Important notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
