Padma Galeten is a dietary supplement that supports fat digestion with 12 valuable plants, activated charcoal, and minerals. The liver is responsible for metabolism, hormone balance, and optimal digestion. Poor diet, excessive alcohol consumption, certain medications, and stress can negatively affect liver function. A prerequisite for fat absorption is a normally functioning fat digestion in the small intestine, which requires bile produced in the liver. The food has a strongly bitter and slightly spicy taste. From a Tibetan perspective, the formulation promotes the balance of bile energy. The bitter substances contained in Padma Galeten activate bile flow and thus support fat digestion in combination with zinc.

Application:
If needed, take 2 capsules in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach, with hot water. Do not exceed the daily dose of 2 capsules.

To support these processes in their natural active phases, Padma Galeten can be combined with Padma Hepaten. Padma Galeten is taken in the morning and Padma Hepaten in the evening.
