Usage:
Adults (18 years and older): Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2-3 capsules in the morning with plenty of liquid. In more stubborn cases, you may also take an additional dose of 2-3 capsules in the evening. For acute discomfort after a heavy meal, take 2-3 capsules. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules.
Use in children and adolescents under 18 years is not recommended due to a lack of clinical evidence. For best results, take the capsules with warm liquid on an empty stomach. Individuals with swallowing difficulties can dissolve the capsule contents in warm water.
