With a concentration of 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and 0.9% glycerol, Optive offers long-lasting relief from discomfort. Optive is preserved with Purite, Allergan's patented preservative technology. Purite transforms into components of the natural tear film (NaCl, H2O and O2) on contact with light. Optive eye drops are therefore preserved in the bottle and unpreserved on the eye. On contact with light, the preservative turns into components of the natural tear film.

Instructions for use | Usual dosage: Apply 1-2 drops to each eye as required. Suitable for contact lens wearers.
