OptiFibre is a unique powdered dietary fiber concentrate made from partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). Clinical studies have shown that PHGG helps increase stool volume, frequency, and softer stool consistency. Daily intake of OptiFibre regulates your gut flora by nourishing good bacteria and supporting bowel activity. If you suffer from bloating, constipation, or diarrhea, OptiFibre can help you feel lighter and enjoy life to the fullest.
Step 1: Let's get started! For the first three days, take one sachet/spoon of OptiFibre. Simply mix it into a hot or cold drink (without carbonation). If you prefer, you can also mix it into your food. It's as easy as it sounds! (The dosage is recommended for children aged 11 and older and for adults.)
Step 2: Find your balance. On the fourth day, you can either maintain the dosage of one sachet of OptiFibre per day or increase it to two sachets/spoons if you are still experiencing bowel discomfort. Take the sachets throughout the day, but do not exceed the maximum daily dose of five sachets. If you feel better, you can reduce the dosage until you find the right balance.
Step 3: Feel good every day. Continue taking OptiFibre daily to support your bowel activity in the long term. Use under medical supervision (consult your pharmacist, doctor, or nutritionist). Do not use as the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Instructions for use | 1-5 sachets of OptiFibre per day or as recommended by a doctor. Increase the dosage gradually, starting with 1 sachet per day. Add 1 sachet (5 g OptiFibre = 4.3 g soluble dietary fibre) to 200 ml liquid or 150 g pureed food. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. OptiFibre can be added to cold and warm liquids and soft foods without affecting the flavour or consistency. To ensure optimum solubility, do not use in carbonated drinks. |
