Ingredients | Partially hydrolysed guar gum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG (previously known as Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG). Gluten free. |
Instructions for use | Adults and adolescents aged 11 and over: Starting with 1 sachet per day, gradually increasing by 1 sachet per day, up to a maximum of 5 sachets per day depending on individual requirements. Children from 3-10 years: Starting with 1/2 sachet per day, gradually increasing up to a maximum of 3 sachets per day. If necessary, the dosage can be increased gradually according to individual needs. Add 1 sachet to approx. 200 ml of liquid (water, milk, etc.) or approx. 150 g of soft food (yoghurt, pudding, etc.) and stir until completely dissolved. OptiFibre® Flora is ready to drink/eat immediately. Avoid adding OptiFibre® Flora to hot drinks/dishes and carbonated drinks, as this can impair the effect of the lactic acid bacteria. Store in a cool and dry place. Prepared food and drinks should be consumed immediately or covered and refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. |
