How to use OMNi-BiOTiC 6?
Dissolve one sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC 6 in 1/8 liter of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 10 minutes for activation, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before going to bed. OMNi-BiOTiC 6 can also be taken during pregnancy and is suitable for babies.

Application tip:
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all fructooligosaccharides, ensuring that no fructose enters the gut.
