Our gut bacteria perform vital functions: building the intestinal barrier against foreign germs, transporting harmful substances and toxins, as well as absorbing and producing essential nutrients. However, these bacteria can be displaced from the gut due to unhealthy diets, stress, and medications. This leads to dysbiosis, an imbalance in the gut. As a result, foreign germs can multiply more easily, harmful substances and toxins are no longer eliminated, the gut becomes sluggish, and nutrients are not properly absorbed. Certain foods can no longer be tolerated. Therefore, the intake of highly active gut bacteria is beneficial. OMNi-BiOTiC 6 contains six important, highly active probiotic strains that colonize the gut from top to bottom.

How to use OMNi-BiOTiC 6?
Stir 1 scoop of OMNi-BiOTiC 6 into 1/8 liter of water 1-2 times daily, wait at least 10 minutes for activation, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before bedtime. OMNi-BiOTiC 6 can also be taken during pregnancy and is suitable for babies.
Application tip:
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all fructooligosaccharides, ensuring that no fructose enters the gut.
