If the intestinal flora gets out of balance, unpleasant symptoms such as flatulence, constipation or diarrhoea can occur. The balance of intestinal bacteria is also important for the immune system. Digesan Fibre regulates intestinal activity in a natural way and consists exclusively of soluble dietary fibres from the guar bean (partially hydrolysed guar gum or PHGG). The powdered dietary fibre concentrate is vegan and free from gluten, purine, fructose and fat. The soluble fibres promote the proliferation of desirable bacteria such as lactobacilli or bifidobacteria and optimise the balance in the intestine. Digesan Fibre activates the intestinal flora, helps to rebuild the intestinal mucosa and supports balanced digestion.

Application:
Start with 1 measuring spoon or 1 sachet per day. This can simply be stirred into hot or cold food or dissolved in a glass of water. Digesan Fibre is completely water-soluble, tasteless and non-swelling. After 3 days, the dose can be increased up to a maximum of 5 measuring spoons or 5 sachets daily (recommended from the age of 11). This can be continued or reduced again when symptoms improve and adjusted to the personal optimum dose.
