HMB food supplement in capsules with calcium β-hydroxy β-methyl butyrate.

The product supplements the diet with calcium β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate. It is intended for active people and competitive athletes.

HMB is recommended:

• to accelerate and enhance the adaptation to exertion

• to prevent the unfavourable health consequences of stress caused by environmental conditions and oxidation (hectic lifestyle, industrial work, heavy physical work, etc.)

• during convalescence after illnesses that lead to increased nitrogen loss

• to alleviate the signs of ageing (age marasmus, loss of muscle mass, weakening of muscle strength)

Recommended intake

Take 2 - 4 capsules daily, preferably before or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
