How to use:

  • Start the treatment without weight
  • Try to keep it entered for 15/20 min.
  • You should remain standing or moving during this time, never sitting or resting.
  • By its own weight it starts to sink and fall. This produces a spontaneous reflex contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
  • Maintain this routine for the necessary days until you can carry (maintain) this weight in complete comfort.
  • Add the next weight and repeat the process daily
