Instructions for use
Using the thin tip of the matte eyeliner, first draw a line of the desired thickness and length along the upper lash line. Allow to dry briefly. Then, if necessary, apply another line along the lower lash line and also allow to dry briefly. For an optimum angle and easier application, we recommend looking downwards when using the eyeliner. You can then apply mascara to the lashes as usual.
