Instructions for use
To enrich hot dishes with maltodextrin 19, it is advisable to mix the powder in a little cold water beforehand and add it to the prepared dish in dissolved form. Maltodextrin 19 can be prepared as a concentrated solution and added to food. 100 ml water + 100 g maltodextrin 19: Bring water to the boil, allow to cool and gradually stir in maltodextrin 19. The result is a syrupy, initially slightly cloudy solution, which becomes clear after a short time. Store the solution in a tightly sealed bottle in the refrigerator.
