Nouba Noubatwin Duo Eyeshadow No. 38 is a baked eyeshadow that offers two perfectly harmonizing, pearlescent shades in a silky texture. It provides intense color payoff with buildable coverage, brilliant colors, and long-lasting comfort for both wet and dry application. The formula is ophthalmologist-tested and free from parabens, allergens, and fragrances. Micronized pigments ensure intense color delivery, while the Soft Focus Complex helps to conceal imperfections and wrinkles. Spherical powders allow for optimal blending, and corn starch makes the eyeshadow particularly soft and smooth.

Application: Use eyeshadow brushes No. 10, 11, 12, 13 and/or applicator No. 14.
