Vinyl polymers and multi-reflective particles translate incident light into cool shades while providing a calming and nourishing effect. The creamy texture offers a comfortable feel without being sticky. The velvety applicator ensures easy and flawless application. Available in many colors, this product is dermatologically tested and free of parabens and preservatives. Maxi Lip™ stimulates collagen and hyaluronic acid production for fuller, plumped lips. Other active ingredients include castor oil, palm oil, vanilla, blueberry oil, coconut, gardenia, vitamin E, algae extract, lactic acid, and tin.
Application: Apply the Nouba Reflecta Treatment Lip Gloss with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, then color with lip brush No. 10 or No. 11.
