Nouba Nombra Matter Shadow No. 409

Nouba Nombra are baked powder eyeshadows with a soft, silky texture and a matte finish. The high-tech formulation with micro-reflective pigments provides an optical anti-aging effect, making the eyes appear younger. The special baked manufacturing process allows for the combination of the finest powders and nourishing liquid ingredients. They are particularly long-lasting and do not settle into the eyelid crease. Lipophilic powders and pigments maintain the hydro-lipid film and create an optical anti-wrinkle effect. Rosemary extract has a soothing effect, while sunflower oil provides a softening effect.

Application: Apply with eyeshadow brushes No. 10, 11, 12, 13 and/or applicator No. 14. Wet and dry application is possible.
