It is smudge-proof, does not feather, does not settle into lip lines, and offers perfect adhesion for many hours with a light, silky matte finish. Silicone elastomers create a flexible film, while porcelain clay provides a mattifying and long-lasting effect. Beeswax and borage seed oil moisturize and keep the lips soft and supple. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant.

Application: Apply Nouba Millebaci with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, and then fill in with a lip brush. Allow to dry briefly after application.
