Nouba Millebaci long-lasting liquid lipstick No. 55 is a unique kiss-proof lipstick. It applies liquidly, dries quickly, and achieves extreme adhesion within seconds without drying out the lips. It is smudge-proof, won’t feather at the edges, and won’t settle into lip lines, providing perfect hold for many hours with a light, silky matte finish. Silicone elastomers create a flexible film, while porcelain clay gives a mattifying and long-lasting effect. Beeswax and borage seed oil provide moisture, keeping the lips soft and supple. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant. Application: Apply Nouba Millebaci with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, then fill in with lip brush No. 10 or No. 11 and allow to dry briefly after application.
