Nouba Millebaci is a unique kiss-proof lipstick. Applied in liquid form, it dries quickly to achieve extreme adhesion within seconds, without drying out the lips. It is smudge-proof, does not feather at the edges, does not settle into lip lines, and offers perfect hold for many hours with a light, silky matte finish. Silicone elastomers create a flexible film, while porcelain clay provides a mattifying and long-lasting effect. Beeswax and borage seed oil moisturize and keep the lips soft and supple. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant.

Application: Apply Nouba Millebaci with the applicator, use a lip liner for a 3D effect, then fill in with lip brush No. 10 or No. 11 and allow to dry briefly after application.
