Nouba Brow Improver is a highly pigmented cream designed for defining and shaping eyebrows. The special non-greasy formula provides perfect color. The Nouba Brow Improver is thickening, shaping, and has a waterproof effect. It can be easily removed with Splash Treatment or makeup remover. The Nouba Brow Improver Set comes with a double-sided brush and three stencils in a mini pouch. It is ophthalmologically tested, paraben-free, and fragrance-free. Vitamin C Ester has an antioxidant effect.
Application: Choose the appropriate stencil for the eyebrow arch, place it on the brow, and secure it with your index and middle fingers. Apply the eyebrow cream with the applicator brush within the stencil.
