100% vegan and fish-free. Made with plant-based algae oil. 1,700 mg of Omega-3 (EPA & DHA) per daily dose. No unpleasant burping. Low in contaminants and environmentally friendly cultivation. Rosemary extract as an antioxidant. Perfect for travel or on-the-go. Recommended intake: The suggested daily dosage is 3 capsules. These should be taken with sufficient liquid during or after a meal to ensure optimal absorption of the fatty acids by the body.
