Application:

• Open carefully
• Lightly dip the damp Nordics toothbrush into the powder
• With your mouth closed, brush your teeth thoroughly for 2-3 minutes
• Rinse thoroughly with water

We recommend using the product up to twice a day. Ideally, use it before your daily tooth cleaning to prevent any residues. The packaging contains 30 g of activated charcoal powder, sufficient for about 120 applications or 2 months.
