Nikoshi scissors have the perfect shape, made from stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 56-58, equipped with a finely adjustable tension screw, a convex blade, and a polished edge. Nikoshi scissors have easily removable finger rests, screw-in stoppers, and are razor-sharp with a hollow grind.
