Ferroverde 21 Plant-Based Iron (60 Capsules)

Compared to the similarly named iron supplement Ferroverde 14, Ferroverde 21 is higher in dosage and contains 21 mg of iron (Ferroverde 14 contains 14 mg of iron).
Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. It is best taken on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
