Step 1: Insertion
Wash your hands. Find out which folding technique works best for you (techniques can be found in the instruction leaflet). Now insert the cup with the folded side facing forward – best done in a squat position. The cup should fully unfold inside you. Check this by running your finger around the rim.

Step 2: Removal
Wash your hands, gently pinch the cup to release the suction, and carefully pull it out by the ring. Twist and press for even easier removal.

Step 3: Emptying & Cleaning
After a maximum of 8 hours, you should empty your menstrual cup in the sink or toilet. Clean it with warm water and a pH-neutral wash lotion or a pH-neutral cleaning wipe. After each menstruation, place your cup in boiling water for 3 minutes. If you want to clean the cup while on the go, you can also do this excellently with our Intimate Wipes.
